HP has announced a new 3D printer designed to bring industrial-grade additive manufacturing directly into engineering workspaces. The company aims to eliminate the delays and friction associated with outsourcing production, enabling faster iteration cycles and more responsive product development.

This compact system utilizes HP’s core Multi Jet Fusion technology and is engineered for clean environments, allowing it to sit directly on an engineering floor or within a design studio rather than in a dedicated facility.

Faster cycles compress the distance between a concept and a validated product, enabling organizations to respond more quickly to problems, briefs, or market signals.
